Exploring New Boston

Located just north of Milford, in Southern New Hampshire is a quaint little town that is worth the visit. Below are some of my favorite places to visit in New Boston.

Start your morning out with a coffee or a tea and some breakfast from The Cure Cafe nestled along the Piscataquog River this Cafe has some great breakfast items, a small bakery and a variety of coffee and teas. I just love that a part of the proceeds go to childhood cancer research.

After breakfast take a walk or bike ride on the New Boston Rail Trail. I just love the beauty of this trail. We have biked, ran and walked this trail in all seasons. I enjoy being along the Piscataquog River.

Visit Frogg Rock . This Frogg shaped rock is such a fun short hike for all ages.

Get some relaxation in at Salt and Soul NH. This is a newer business in downtown New Boston featuring red light therapy, salt therapy and PEMF therapy. The owner is very knowledge and passionate about these therapies making you feel well informed and relaxed during your visit. I have done the PEMF cellular recharge therapy, it was so relaxing. It was just what I needed to help myself recharge. A friend and I have scheduled to return to try the salt and red light therapy.

After all the exercise and relaxation stop at Riverside Grill for some yummy food. During the week they are open for dinner and the weekend lunch and dinner. I love their drinks and nachos.

If you are in the area for July 4th make sure you visit for their spectacular fireworks show.

New Boston is a quiet town, but you can easily spend the day getting some time in nature, enjoying some good food and getting in some relaxation.
